Te Pari hike

bivouac

A cross between the Australs and the Marquesas, between land and sea. An ancient warrior’s trail where districts used to wage war against each other, hence Teahupoo.

For the 1st day, we head for Tautira with our Captain Marco to discover: the Anaihe cave, the Devil’s Hole, the 1st Tautira refuge, the Taapeha waterfall, the Queen’s Basin and arrival at the Faroa refuge for the bivouac.

We’ll prepare a barbecue for dinner at the bivouac.

Day 2 will take us to Teahupoo, with a swim in the Faroa valley, the discovery of Te one Aputa, a visit to the arch and the mini lavatube.
